I’ve only worn them indoors for dance, crosstrainer, static bike and strength training due to covid restrictions. I do find that after 20 minutes or so on the crosstrainer that I still get numbness on the balls of my feet which I was hoping to avoid by purchasing a decent pair of trainers.
