I heated it up a little with the hairdryer put a sock on and walked around a bit and it fit perfect after . When I walk on them, the footbed obviously gets compressed which causes two problems: 1) the strap suddenly becomes too big and doesnt fit snug enough so my foot slides around, 2) the footbed doesnt seem to compress evenly because feet are curved so I end up sliding off the footbed which makes wearing these dangerous.
