I was told it was out of warranty and to get with Amazon to see if they can send me another one at which I explained I already spoke to them and they said it’s out of warranty and to contact you guys. I have been wearing these constantly since I bought them and within 3 months the footbeds of them have practically worn through - in places the gray has completely worn out and there are completely bare spots. seiko sary 107 I loved them, the smell is really good.
