I find the straps to be too short which makes them awkward to put on and take off. The straps get bits of dried grass and dried bushes and other spiky stuff stuck in them if you use them to walk into a field with dried grass and bushes. Well made but I wouldnt say they would last more than a year. The welly boot lower part is great. Very grippy underfoot and fairly lightweight. My issue was that the lace metal hoops are spread apart too much - and therefore doesnt allow much tightening of the laces to support the ankle at all. Infact if you have a weak/once sprained ankle (like me) then I wouldnt recommend these. I wore them for two hours in the evening to break them in and the next day my
