These are very comfortable. I ordered a size 9 - as a gauge, I am usually a size 8.5 at Clarks and size 9 in Nike and Puma. These fit perfectly, at the risk of sounding like an oldie, they are comfortable, very comfortable. I have hit that stage in life where comfort takes priority over style, although these are not bad looking.I have only walked a few miles in them, I imagine they would be good for running. I use a 3/4 insert for my arches, there is room for this.
