After 3 wears indoors, the ridged leather sporadic creases all over from movement alone. The creases in the leather can be polished out with dubbin but will need polishing ever few wears. Hopefully they soften up over time with polishing.Comfort: Theres not much padding or insulation and they pinch my achilles tendon when I walk in them. My left tendons skin was broken after the first wear. Also she won’t take them off because of how comfortable they are. She is a teacher and on her feet all day, so safe to say she loves these.
