I purchased early last season so they weren’t out of stock. My son wore them indoors only so if any issue we could return them. Well by the time he wore them I could no longer return them. The ankle/Achilles area is absolutely a flawed design. My son could hardly walk for a few days after wearing them for ONE football practice. I understand breaking in a cleat but this is I ordered 3 of these in various colours. The red arrived as expected in a plastic bag in a box. The other 2 came vacuum packed. The red was creased but nothing like the other 2. I have them on hangers in the bathroom hoping the steam will enable the creases to fall out a bit. I dont want to iron them as I may decide to return them and they were part of Christmas gifts for my daughters.The overall idea is great and they feel cosy. The are oversize but they are meant to be, but soo disappointed with The shoes are okay for work, lightweight.The second pair I brought much the same as the first, the reason is because they are tightly packed in cellophane together in such a way that they are squashed at the back heal area which means that the leather/material is folded & creased and so they don’t fit the heal of the foot correctly which makes them uncomfortable to wear. If they came in a box that would make them great!
