I am 6.5 and ordered 7. The shoes were too long. The material of which the heel is made is hard and make unpleasant noise when I tried them on hard surface. When you bend your foot the shoe gapes. I am thrilled with this version of my beloved Birkenstocks - I have had the original Gizeh (with cork soles) in a variety of colours over the years but these lighter, softer, rubbery ones are my favourites. Great price, very light and comfortable, full arch and toe support as always but smarter and less likely to get tatty looking as there is no cork.
